Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RERGL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RERGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP155, BCL2L2-PABPN1, and MRPL46. Each is linked with RERGL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RERGL-to-partner and partner-to-RERGL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP155 grouped by RERGL-low versus RERGL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RERGL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RERGL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
