Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RERGL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RERGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP5, PPP3R2, and ADGRA1. Each is linked with RERGL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RERGL-to-partner and partner-to-RERGL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABP5 grouped by RERGL-low versus RERGL-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RERGL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RERGL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
