Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RERG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,805 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RERG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-496P, OR4C4P, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with RERG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RERG-to-partner and partner-to-RERG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-496P grouped by RERG-low versus RERG-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RERG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RERG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
