Across TCGA patient cohorts, RER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 995 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL237P, TBC1D3I, and RN7SKP25. Each is linked with RER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RER1-to-partner and partner-to-RER1 results are reported.
