Across TCGA cell cohorts, RER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,160 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RER1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein retention in ER lumen, Phospholipid biosynthetic process, and Protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with RER1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RER1-to-partner and partner-to-RER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein retention in ER lumen grouped by RER1-low versus RER1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
