RENBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RENBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,220 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RENBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPJP6, RPL12P26, and MIR548AV. Each is linked with RENBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RENBP-to-partner and partner-to-RENBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBPJP6 grouped by RENBP-low versus RENBP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RENBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RENBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
