Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL12P26 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL12P26 expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL12P26 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RPL12P26 RNA expression shows 4,908 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUAD, UCEC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RPL12P26 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
