Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,301 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COLEC11, C1orf56, and PBX2. Each is linked with REM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REM2-to-partner and partner-to-REM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REM2 versus COLEC11 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→REM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
