REM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,033 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P3, OR1E3, and MIR133B. Each is linked with REM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REM2-to-partner and partner-to-REM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P3 grouped by REM2-low versus REM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→REM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
