Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RELB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RELB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL1, OR51A8P, and LINC02620. Each is linked with RELB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RELB-to-partner and partner-to-RELB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL1 grouped by RELB-low versus RELB-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RELB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RELB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
