Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,494 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REL-associated genes across cancer lineages are NONOP2, NOD2, and RPS12P3. Each is linked with REL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REL-to-partner and partner-to-REL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REL versus NONOP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REL→partner) and Y-score (partner→REL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
