Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 991 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5092, TAF9, and RNU6-563P. Each is linked with REG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG4-to-partner and partner-to-REG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5092 grouped by REG4-low versus REG4-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
