Across TCGA cell cohorts, REG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,143 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with REG4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG4-to-partner and partner-to-REG4 results are reported.
