Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,280 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPR3, REG1B, and CYP2C18. Each is linked with REG1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1A-to-partner and partner-to-REG1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REG1A versus NPR3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.21.
