Across TCGA cell cohorts, REEP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,616 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with REEP4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP4-to-partner and partner-to-REEP4 results are reported.
