REEP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,788 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLK, REEP3_S152, and PYURF. Each is linked with REEP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP3-to-partner and partner-to-REEP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP3 versus SLK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
