REEP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,588 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REEP1_S152, PPP1R12B, and MYH11. Each is linked with REEP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP1-to-partner and partner-to-REEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP1 versus REEP1_S152 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
