Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,000 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIPE, PCSK6, and SNPH. Each is linked with REEP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP1-to-partner and partner-to-REEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP1 versus LIPE in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
