Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, JNK2, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with REEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP1-to-partner and partner-to-REEP1 results are reported.
