Across TCGA cell cohorts, REEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,679 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Farnesyl diphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with REEP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP1-to-partner and partner-to-REEP1 results are reported.
