Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, REEP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,254 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22, PES1, and GRPEL1. Each is linked with REEP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP1-to-partner and partner-to-REEP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP1 versus TOMM22 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
