Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RECQL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 353 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RECQL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGRMC2, FAM47B, and SNX6. Each is linked with RECQL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL5-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGRMC2 grouped by RECQL5-low versus RECQL5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECQL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECQL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
