RECQL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECQL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,907 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECQL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSTF2, XIAP, and RBL2. Each is linked with RECQL in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RECQL versus CSTF2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECQL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECQL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
