Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECQL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,323 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RECQL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, PDHA1, and PDHB. Each is linked with RECQL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RECQL versus P3H1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECQL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECQL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
