Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECQL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,143 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RECQL-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLT1B, CCN4, and PARP11. Each is linked with RECQL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RECQL versus GOLT1B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECQL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECQL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
