Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECQL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECQL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, EGFR_pY1068, and FoxM1. Each is linked with RECQL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL results are reported.
