Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RECK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RECK data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RECK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RECK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RECK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
