Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,960 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED13L, TMF1, and TBCEL. Each is linked with RECK in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECK-to-partner and partner-to-RECK results are reported.
