Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,274 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, DPT, and SRPX. Each is linked with RECK in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECK-to-partner and partner-to-RECK results are reported.
