Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,637 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, RN7SL83P, and OR7K1P. Each is linked with RECK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECK-to-partner and partner-to-RECK results are reported.
