Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECK-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and C-Raf. Each is linked with RECK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECK-to-partner and partner-to-RECK results are reported.
