RECK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RECK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,849 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of establishment of blood-brain barrier, Positive regulation of stress fiber assembly, and Positive regulation of actin filament bundle assembly. Each is linked with RECK in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECK-to-partner and partner-to-RECK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of establishment of blood-brain barrier grouped by RECK-low versus RECK-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
