REC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,397 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRF9, IFIT3, and IFIT1. Each is linked with REC8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REC8-to-partner and partner-to-REC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REC8 versus IRF9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→REC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
