REC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REC8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with REC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REC8-to-partner and partner-to-REC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by REC8-low versus REC8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→REC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
