REC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6, SEMG2, and AMELX. Each is linked with REC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REC8-to-partner and partner-to-REC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6 grouped by REC8-low versus REC8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→REC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
