RDXP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDXP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDXP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHROOM2_S922, SNX12_S73, and SQSTM1_S28. Each is linked with RDXP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDXP2-to-partner and partner-to-RDXP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDXP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDXP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
