Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RDXP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RDXP2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RDXP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RDXP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
BLCA, CHOL, and LUAD are the cancer types where RDXP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
