Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RDM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RDM1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RDM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RDM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where RDM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
