RDM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,461 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, CDK1, and LIG1. Each is linked with RDM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDM1-to-partner and partner-to-RDM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDM1 versus RFC1_T506 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
