Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 653 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMOX1, NFKBIA, and SIRPB1. Each is linked with RDM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDM1-to-partner and partner-to-RDM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDM1 versus HMOX1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
