Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL36P18, MTCYBP11, and RNMTL1P1. Each is linked with RDM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDM1-to-partner and partner-to-RDM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL36P18 grouped by RDM1-low versus RDM1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
