Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,541 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R3E, SOX2-OT, and IL1R1. Each is linked with RDH8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH8-to-partner and partner-to-RDH8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDH8 versus PPP1R3E in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
