Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,669 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPB, DYNC1H1, and ATG2B. Each is linked with RDH11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH11-to-partner and partner-to-RDH11 results are reported.
