Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,877 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTI1B, ERG28, and ATP6V1D. Each is linked with RDH11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH11-to-partner and partner-to-RDH11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDH11 versus VTI1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
