Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P22, TRIM51FP, and SLC20A1P3. Each is linked with RDH11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH11-to-partner and partner-to-RDH11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P22 grouped by RDH11-low versus RDH11-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
