Across TCGA cell cohorts, RDH11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,139 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein catabolic process at synapse, Protein catabolic process at postsynapse, and SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition. Each is linked with RDH11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH11-to-partner and partner-to-RDH11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein catabolic process at synapse grouped by RDH11-low versus RDH11-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
