RD3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RD3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 124 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RD3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDN, PRDM9, and JCAD. Each is linked with RD3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RD3L-to-partner and partner-to-RD3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RD3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RD3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
