RD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,115 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGM5, SNTB2, and SPARCL1_S198. Each is linked with RD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RD3-to-partner and partner-to-RD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
