RCOR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCOR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,917 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCOR2_S63, RCOR2_S213, and MCM6. Each is linked with RCOR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR2-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCOR2 versus RCOR2_S63 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
