RCOR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCOR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC57, PPTC7, and MICB. Each is linked with RCOR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCOR2-to-partner and partner-to-RCOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC57 grouped by RCOR2-low versus RCOR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
